I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA and I am trained with NCCP Weightlifting. I have worked with general population, the recreational athlete, older adults and high performance athletes in both group and 1 on 1 settings.
Training is tailored to individual or group goals, which makes sessions effective and efficient.
